WARM - In their thermal specifications they exceed traditional materials by 10 times.
QUICK - One sq. m of a sandwich panel wall can be constructed up to 80 times faster than that of a brick wall.
LIGHTWEIGHT - The load on the foundation is over 100 time less than of brick or concrete walls.
CHEAP - The ideally smooth surface of sandwich panels does not require additional external or internal treatment.
ATTRACTIVE - A broad range of RAL or RR colors.
MONEY-SAVING - Transportation costs for the construction of 1 sq. m of a sandwich panels wall are 50 less than those required for walls from bricks or concrete.
RELIABLE - Thirty-five combinations of protective polymer coatings depending on the specifications and requirements for a particular building.
FUTURE. The ability to quickly extend or even rebuild houses from sandwich panels.
FACING
The following materials can be used for facing:

cold-rolled zinc-coated steel sheets
cold-rolled zinc-coated steel sheets with polymer coating
composite polymers
stainless steel
steel with mashed granite coating.
The most popular steels are steels with polymer coating by Ruuki (Rautarukki) (Finland). BRITISH STEEL (UK), Thyssen Krupp Shtahl AG (Germany) and others from the world’s leading manufacturers of rolled metal stock.
POLYMER COATINGS
Materials used for coating:

Plastisol. A decorative polymer consisting of polyvinyl chloride and modifiers, sometimes referred to as PVC 200, where the number denotes the thickness of the coating in microns. The coating is suitable for internal and external use. Has excellent resistance to corrosion and mechanical damaging. Easy to mold. Resistant to rolling.
Polyester (PE). A relatively inexpensive material suitable for any climate. Coating thickness 25 µm. Used primarily internally. Has good mechanical qualities: rigid and easy to mold. Thermal resistance of up to +120&襲C. Coating can be glossy or matte.
Pural. This coating is based on polyurethane with silky matte finish. Intended primarily for outdoor use. Easy to mold, resistance to corrosion, esthetically pleasing. Can withstand great changes in temperature, direct sunlight, and chemicals.
Polyvinyldene Fluoride (PVDF). Recommended for special outdoor finish. It has excellent anti-corrosion properties and beautiful appearance.
INSULATING MATERIALS

For its sandwich panels, ZAO Petropanel uses non-flammable stone wool, foamed polystyrene, and Penoplex.
Stone wool is made from molten rock and is mineral fibers with synthetic binders. ZAO Petropanel uses mineral wool from
Paroc Oy (Finland);
Rockwool (Denmark).
Foamed polystyrene is cheaper and more durable than stone wool, but is a weaker fireproof material.
Penoplex is an extrusion foamed polystyrene intended for insulating foundations, floors, roofs, walls, and filling sandwich panels.
JOINTS
The quality of buildings and other structures from sandwich panels greatly depend on how well they stick with one another:

durability of joints of a structure; no «cold bridges»
prevents vapors from penetrating insulation
adjusts to thermal changes in the dimensions of sandwich panels.
The INTALOCK has been designed based on previous generations of lock for sandwich panels and is used by Petropanel. We chose Intalock as it qualifies for all of the above requirements for locks for sandwich panels.
