The plant increases its production volume annually, adopts more complex structure design, and expands the geographical range of its shipments in Russia and the CIS countries. The plant’s production output is over 12,000 tons of metal structures per year.
EQUIPMENT
The plant has unique high-precision European machinery and production lines, which have no match in any other facility in Russia. The plant has all the necessary equipment for manufacturing metal structures, including welding, thermal, and painting machinery. We manufacture metal structures from various steels: plain-carbon steel, low-alloyed structural steel, and tool steel. The manufacturing facilities are equipped with computer-controlled automated measuring instruments.
KALTENBACH AUTOMATIC MACHINERY
KALTENBACH machinery is used for drilling structural steel, I-beams, U-beams, L-beams, square and rectangular profiles, as well as for edge sawing at any angle using laser guides. CNC allows a single operator to carry out all the necessary cut.
TERMIT UNIT
The TERMIT unit is used for plasma cutting of metal sheets. CNC allows a single operator to carry out the entire process.
GIETART AUTOMATIC SYSTEM
The Gietart automatic system is used for shotblasting metals without human intervention. The foundation of IBC "Pulkovo" Ltd. prefab buildings is well-designed metal frameworks, which are carefully calculated to withstand a great amount of pressure. For manufacturing metal structures (girders, frameworks, supports, joints, etc.) we use high-quality metal from British Steel, SSAB, and Ruuki (Rautaruuki). All the metal undergoes the mandatory shotblasting procedure to remove alien admixtures.
PAINTING CHAMBER
European painting machinery offers high quality of protective coatings and attractive appearance to our metal structures. The plant has its own railroad tracks and specialized trucks for shipping products to its customers.
