Coloring of doors and frames can be done glossy or matte finish by epoxy-polyether powder paint in colors available in RAL catalog.
Our fireproof doors are certified by St-Petersburg Branch of Scientific and Research Centre of Fire Safety FGU VNIIPO of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia to withstand 30 and 60 minutes of fire resistance.

The door leaf is made from steel with thickness 0,8mm; door frame - 1,5mm.
“Petropanel” also manufactures anti-vandal steel insulated doors from 2 mm-thick sheets with dimensions up to 2500x2500mm. The doors can be fitted with non removable latches and door closers. Doors are shipped with locks or ready for its insert.

1. Light weight. A standard door with dimensions of 2,050x780mm (doorway dimensions 2,100x900mm) weights only 40kg, which makes it easy to deliver and install in firewalls made of brick, concrete, as well as gypsum-cardboard, foam- or gas-concrete or sandwich panels.
2. Prefabricated glue-based door structure. The door leaf is a solid structure of steel sheets and incombustible PAROC basalt wool that are thermally glued together by special flame-proof adhesive that prevents wool from sliding during the entire service life.
3. High-reliability. Zn-coated steel sheet painted by powder paint and absence of welded seams lower the preconditions for corrosion during the long service life.
4. Finnish equipment and computer based technology of sawing and bending door leafs and frames provide high efficiency and precision up to ±0,05mm and allow executing the orders rapidly.
