Having received training in Sweden, Finland and the USA, our designers and constructors use state-of-the-art CAD systems. It allows at the design phase significantly save metal for building frame and minimizes clients’ costs. High tempo and quality of building design makes it possible to get the first metal structures ready for erection in 1.5-2 months after the beginning of the design work.
Architectural and planning decisions are made at the early stage in accordance with the design of the façade and roofing systems and rational schemes of the load-bearing frame. Façade design includes working drawings, design of sandwich panel junction, small ironware and components.
Unquestionable advantage of IBC “Pulkovo” as a developer is the fact that for design of building bearing structures we use end-to-end design technology linked in one chain with structures production. 3D modeling Hyper Steel software package allows carrying the project from the phase of initial proposal to data files of manufacturing equipment. Thereby metal structures production process is operated directly from the designer’s work place.
