The Industrial Construction Corporation Pulkovo was established in 2004 following the merger of the main contracting companies OAO Aeroportstroy and ZAO Petropanel which had a factory producing wall and roofing sandwich panels. The holding currently unites the enterprise into a single production complex. This provides investors and clients with a wide range of services, from project design, production of construction materials and parts to assembly and handover of the site in accordance with the confirmed project documentation.
The Corporation has over 700 employees, of which 259 have higher professional education, 22 the title Distinguished Builder of Russia and Honorary Builder of Russia and the top management have held leading positions in construction for at least 20-25 years.
ICC Pulkovo consists of:

In addition to construction, the corporation has supplied metal structures and three-layer metal sandwich panels to many cities and towns in Russia, Kazakhstan, Angola and Moldova.
