Industrial-Building Corporation "Pulkovo" carries out the complete range of work on design, manufacture, and installation of all types of industrial and civic buildings using metal frameworks and sandwich panels. Thus, a applying to a single company, clients receive full range of work on design, manufacture and construction. The corporation was established in 2004 as a merger of two well-established Petersburg companies, OAO Aeroportstroy, with 65 years of experience in constructing complex industrial and civic facilities, and ZAO Petropanel, the first Russian plant for manufacturing wall and roofing sandwich panels. Pulkovo ICC also includes OOO Petropanel that manufactures fireproof and anti-vandal metal doors, metal and plastic windows and doors.

Today, IBC Pulkovo Ltd. is a large holding company with an advanced modern design office and manufacturing facilities, which occupy an area of over 11 ha. The corporation employs 600 professionals, 209 of which have higher professional education, 19 Honorable Construction Workers or Acclaimed Construction Workers of the Russian Federation, and the corporate executives have been occupying the top management positions in the industry for 20-25 years.

The entire production process of IBC Pulkovo Ltd. -design, manufacture, and installation of metal structures and sandwich panels-complies with the requirements of international standards, which is attested by ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance certificates.

IBC "Pulkovo" Ltd. has constructed over 500 buildings and various facilities:

    Production facilities;
    Terminals, warehouses, and logistic centers;
    Recreational and sports facilities;
    Administrative buildings;
    Malls;
    Gas stations and car services;
    Agricultural buildings;
    Train stations.

Only recently, the corporation has constructed the manufacturing facilities for Rockwool North and TekhnoNikol plants in Vyborg, a production building of Stroyfarfor plant, Terra Logistica transportation and logistics facility, and Karusel mall in St. Petersburg, fish processing plant in Salekhard, educational building for the Ministry of Defense in Sosnovy Bor, as well as a number of other industrial, trade, storage, and other facilities. Industrial-Building Corporation Pulkovo closely collaborates with international companies in supplies of metal structures, sandwich panels and construction of facilities. In particular, several international consortiums and companies have become our partners: Rockwool, Henkel, Ford, Neste, YIT, Lentek, Lemcon and others. In addition, the corporation's companies have experiences in supplying construction parts to Angola and Kazakhstan. The corporation is a member of the St. Petersburg and Leningrad Chambers of Commerce, the St. Petersburg Association of Joint Ventures, the Soyuzpetrostroy St. Petersburg Union of Construction Companies, and the president of IBC "Pulkovo" Ltd., V. Klimov, the Honorary Construction Worker of Russia, is a member of the Partnership Club of Fair Construction Business.

In 2006, IBC "Pulkovo" Ltd. won the "Made in St. Petersburg" Industrial Competition held under the auspices of the Government of St. Petersburg in the Work and Services nomination.
