Industrial Construction Corporation “Pulkovo” carries out the whole scope of works on design, production and assembly of industrial and civic buildings made of metal structures and sandwich panels. Thereby, when addressing one company, the Customer gets the complete set of works beginning from design and manufacture up to construction of the project.
IBC “Pulkovo” Ltd was established in 2004 following the merger of the big and well known St-Petersburg companies – construction company OAO “AEROPORTSTROY” with 67-year of experience in civic and industrial construction and ZAO “PETROPANEL” – the first in Russia factory of new generation producing wall and roofing sandwich panels.
OOO “PETROPANEL” , the enterprise that produces fireproof and anti-vandal metal doors, is also a part of “Pulkovo” Corporation.
The Corporation managed to form the effective system of business administration. The basis of this efficiency is the management policy in strategy, planning and finance, use of high technology and quality management, leadership and human resources development. The Corporate style is constant motion, complex task solution, high responsibility and respectful attitude to clients.
Today IBC “Pulkovo” Ltd is a big holding company with up-to-date design department and facilities of building industry, that are located on the territory of 11 hectares. 600 employees work for the Corporation of whom 209 have higher professional education, 20 the title Distinguished Builder of Russia and Honorary Builder of Russia and top-management has held leading positions in construction for at least 20-25 years.
In 2007 IBC “Pulkovo” Quality Management System was certified in accordance to requirements of International Standard ISO 9001:2000 and International Certification Net IQNet.

In 2006 IBC “Pulkovo” Ltd won the “Made in Saint-Petersburg” Industrial Competition held under the auspices of the Government of St-Petersburg and the Competition “Business Developing Region” organized by the Government of Leningrad Region and Leningrad Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and was involved in the number of the best construction companies – leaders of Russian Building Industry by the results of the 10th All-Russia Competition for the Best Construction Company and Enterprise of Building Industry.
IBC “Pulkovo” Ltd twice became the prize-winner of St-Petersburg Annual Professional Competition “Builder of the Year”: in 2006 in nomination “The Best Construction Company for Commercial and Industrial Buildings” and in 2007 - in nomination “Commercial and Industrial Construction”.

President of IBC “Pulkovo” Ltd Mr.V.Klimov in 2006 won the 10th All-Russia Competition “Manager of the Year” in nomination “Construction” and for zeal to the glory of Holy Church was given the Silver Medal of Supreme Apostol Peter.
