Corporation “Pulkovo" its ideology, strategy and its current capabilities
IBC “Pulkovo” Ltd. was founded in 2004 after the merger of well-known Russian industrial companies: OAO “AEROPORTSTROY” with 70 - year old history and ZAO“PETROPANEL”.
It is well known that the success of Great Companies is based on the following ideology:
Technology must be the most advanced;

It is exactly the principles that we follow in our every day activities.
In 1998, the year of Russian default, we were the first in our country to put into operation a new generation factory for producing sandwich panels. We supplied the whole country, from Kaliningrad to Yakutia, and in doing so taught ourselves and our designers, investors and main contractors to operate in prefabricated building industry using modern technology and materials. Today in operation there are more than 100 of such enterprises.
In 2003 the Corporation opened a metal structures plant equipped with the latest machinery from leading European companies. We set up our own highly professional design department according to the end-to-end design principle. Our designers received training in Finland and Germany. The innovative technology used for design and production of metal structures enabled us to achieve European levels of labour productivity. Today the output is 10 ton of metal structures a month per worker, while the average in Russia is 2.5 ton per worker.
In 2009 based on 10 year experience, our specialists together with leading English equipment producers, designed and set into operation the exclusive sandwich panel factory that currently has no analogs in Russia.
For investors the daunting problem is to choose a reliable construction company that provides integrated European standards of quality, project design, production and supply of construction materials and able to carry out assembly and construction works on the site and take the site through to handover.
It is well known that a chain is only as strong as its weakest link.
A lack of professionalism, irresponsibility and sometimes simple dishonesty are the everyday difficulties which one commonly comes across in the construction process. That’s why in order to join all links into a single strong chain and to minimize risks for us and our clients we set up our production facilities.
The most knotty task is not to create a system but to implement corporate standards at all management levels.
Over the last 5 years we have been directing all our energies toward creating the Corporate Management System and Integrated Data Space. As a result it is implemented a new system of economic activities based on full automation of business processes and up-to-date information technology. The system is formed by several soft modules such as: Automated Control System “Pulkovo Management”, ”1C. Management of Construction Organization. Version 8.1”, “Advance Steel Professional Net”, “Evfrat-Document Circulation”. The implementation of regular management increased efficiency of administration, planning, project design, accounting and reporting, document circulation and analysis of all business operations in real time.
The Corporation annual revenue invariably exceeds 3bln rubles.
However, the most important is that we have created the team!
IBC “Pulkovo” Ltd. employs more than 700 highly qualified specialists of which 250 are engineers. Many employees are awarded to state and government awards; 20 hold the title Honorary Builder of Russia and two the title Distinguished Builder of Russia.
